Get ready for the MedGames 2025, where students will gather for an event unlike any other in the galaxy at université de Sherbrooke from January 3rd to 5th, 2025!

We offer three types of tickets at the MedGames 2025. Please purchase a ticket for which you are eligible. We will require proof of university identification for entry to each event.

1. Tout-inclus: Includes entrance and participation in all sports activities, 2 nights at the hotel, 5 meals, access to 2 evening events and bus transportation between the different locations.
2. Sportif arrosé: Includes entrance and participation in all sports activities, 5 meals and access to 2 evening events. No entry into hotels or buses will be allowed.
   The SPORTIF ARROSÉ ticket is reserved for students from UdeS - Sherbrooke campus.
3. Le fêtard: Includes access to one evening event only. There will be individual tickets for each evening.
   The FÊTARD ticket is reserved for clerkship students and residents.

Located at the heart of Sherbrooke and near event locations, these hotels will offer a comfortable and welcoming stay throughout the weekend. With easy access to transportation between activities, you'll be able to have fun and recharge after each day's challenges and festivities!

Transportation in Sherbrooke during MedGames 2025 will be provided by shuttle buses, ensuring easy and convenient travel between hotels, competition venues and party locations throughout the weekend. The shuttle service will run frequently, so you can focus on enjoying the events without worrying about getting around Sherbrooke! More details about shuttle bus schedules can be found in the Participant's Booklet.

For MedGames 2025, we partnered up with restaurants, cafes, and other food vendors to provide you with five meals throughout the weekend:

1. Friday: Dinner
2. Saturday: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
3. Sunday: Breakfast
